EU Shipping

We are very sorry but have decided that we do no longer ship items other than our TCPremix products and supplements to EU customers. All our non-food items cannot be ordered from outside Germany due to the EU-General Product Safety Regulation come into force by 13. December 2024.

All shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination. Please log in to the “My Account” section or check the “Shipping Calculator” to find out more about postage charges for your country.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. Depending on your location, your parcel should arrive within 3 - 7 working days.

 - We use DHL for all our tracked orders and the German Postal Service for untracked orders -

   Tracked Orders EU                            EUR 12,90   (maximum weight per order 30 kg)

  Tracked Orders Austria         EUR 15,90 (maximum weight per order 30 kg)

Please note: The shipping rates above are based on the German VAT of 19%. From July 1, 2021, VAT is applied according to the local regulations of each EU country. If you enter a non-German delivery address, the VAT will automatically adjust to the rate applicable in your country.

   TCPremix Orders from Switzerland or the UK
   Orders for TCPremix products from Switzerland or the UK cannot be placed online. If you would like to purchase TCPremix from these countries, please contact us at info@tatzenladenshop.de, and we will provide you with pricing information.

Please note that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your country. Customs may open and inspect packages, and we cannot be held liable for any violations of such laws.
