Important Shipping Update for our EU Customers

Effective 27 November, 2024

From now on, we only ship our TCPremix products and supplements to EU addresses.
We’re really sorry, but we can no longer send other items - like pet toys, pottery, cards, or cozy home products - outside Germany. This is because of the General Product Safety Regulation, coming into effect on December 13, 2024. It requires that all non-food items include safety information in the customer’s EU language. Unfortunately, we just can’t do that at the moment. We know this can be frustrating and really appreciate your understanding.
