Shipping & Logistics

DHL and the German Postal Service are our logistics partners for EU orders, and all shipments are sent from our warehouse in Germany. Orders are typically dispatched Monday through Friday, usually within 24 hours after payment is received. Delivery within the EU generally takes 4 - 7 working days, depending on the destination country.

How long do parcels take to arrive?
If your order is placed before 10:00 a.m. and the items are in stock, we may be able to ship it the same day. While we cannot guarantee same-day shipping for every order or shipping method, we always make every effort to send your order as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped via DHL or the German Postal Service and should reach their EU destination in 5 - 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

Split Orders
We are unable to split orders. If any items are unavailable, we will hold your order until all items can be shipped together. If you need a specific item quickly, please place a separate order for that item.

Returns
The purchase of TCPremix products and supplements is a final sale. For quality and safety reasons, we do not re-sell returned items, and therefore cannot accept returns on these products. For more information, please refer to our General Terms....

Taxes and Import Duties
All orders are shipped from Germany. You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict how much you may be required to pay, as this varies by country. Please note that any customs or import charges are not refundable. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. Customs may open and inspect packages. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
