Payment Options for EU Customers

For our EU customers, the following payment methods are currently available at checkout:

• Pre-Payment / International Bank Transfer (bank-to-bank)
• PayPal
• PayPal Express
  
  

To avoid extra charges, we recommend using a SEPA bank transfer with your IBAN and BIC.

International Bank Transfer
If you choose pre-payment, you will automatically receive payment instructions with your order confirmation. Once we have confirmed that the payment has been credited to our account, we will send you an email with your delivery details. Please note that bank transfers can take up to five days to process. To speed up your order, you can email your proof of payment, which helps us match and process your payment more quickly.

Important: If payment is not received within 14 days of placing your order, the order will be automatically canceled.

PayPal Payment
You can use this option if you are a registered PayPal user. When you select PayPal at checkout, you will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account to confirm the payment.
