Returns & Refunds
Please note that any pet food or supplement sold from our online store is a FINAL SALE. For quality reasons we do not accept returns of pet food or supplements. Only while these products are under our control we can ensure that they are kept in the correct conditions to maintain quality. Returned items cannot be replaced back for resale. So, please be sure you want the item without question.
Returning non food items can only be accepted if they are in new, unused condition and unopened. Please notify us immediately upon receipt of your order, if your order arrives damaged. In this case contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions, and for the reason for returning.
We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund for unopened items, provided that the products are returned unused, and in perfect condition. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is damaged or has been sent in error.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail or courier, you must carefully package the product as you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Tatzenladen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
