Pet Food and Supplements
Please note that any pet food or supplements purchased from our online store are final sale. For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of these products. Only while under our control can we ensure that these items are stored in proper conditions to maintain their quality. Returned items cannot be resold, so please be certain you want the item before placing your order.

Non-Food Items
Returns of non-food items are accepted only if they are new, unused, and unopened. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at info@tatzenladen.de for instructions and to explain the reason for the return.

We will be happy to offer an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund for unopened items, provided they are returned unused and in perfect condition. Returns are at your own cost unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When returning items by mail or courier, please package the products carefully, as you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns must be physically received by us within 30 days. Tatzenladen reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
