High-quality, cold-pressed oils provide valuable fatty acids, such as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Fatty fish such as tuna, salmon, mackerel, and herring contain valuable omega-3 fatty acids, which are said to have anti-inflammatory properties, among other things, and are therefore a very useful addition to your pet's diet.
However your pet's skin and coat will also benefit from a few drops of good oil, which can simply be drizzled over their food. 

Salmon oil is considered to be valuable for the health of cats because it is a rich source of omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. Essential fatty acids can help improve the ratios normally found in domestic meat animals and provide some extra health benefits. Essential fatty acids also tend to reduce inflammation in the body.
Cod-liver oil is excellent if you need some additional Vitamin A & D in your recipe.

Whenever possible, use cold-pressed oils because they have not been heated excessively and therefore retain more of the essential fatty acids.

Please note: Don´t confuse fish body oil with fish liver oil.
