EU Shipping Overview

Important Shipping Update for EU Customers
We regret to inform you that we are no longer able to ship products other than our TCPremix products and supplements to customers within the European Union. Due to the additional compliance requirements introduced by the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which came into effect on 13 December 2024, we have decided to limit the sale of our non-food products to customers in Germany only. As a result, these items can no longer be ordered from other EU countries. Our TCPremix products and supplements remain available for customers across the EU. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and continued support.



Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. To view the shipping costs for your country, simply use the Shipping Calculator in your shopping cart.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. All orders are shipped via DHL.

Please note: The shipping rates shown above are based on the German VAT rate of 19%. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is calculated according to the applicable rate in the destination country. The VAT amount will be adjusted automatically once you enter your delivery address.

   TCPremix Orders from Switzerland or the United Kingdom
  TCPremix Orders from Switzerland or the United Kingdom are processed separately due to customs and import regulations and cannot currently be placed through our online shop. If you would like to purchase TCPremix products from either country, please contact us at info@tatzenladenshop.de. We will be happy to provide you with pricing and ordering information.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your country. Customs authorities may inspect shipments, and we cannot accept liability for any issues arising from non-compliance with local laws or import regulations.
