Dear cat lovers,
we put our heart and soul into selecting and producing our products, and we want them to reach you after careful consideration. That is why we kindly ask you to order only what you and your cat truly need. So please be certain you want the item before placing your order. By doing so, you help us avoid unnecessary transport and conserve resources.
This note applies in particular to our BARF and supplementary foods
As these valuable products are produced with great care and from high-quality raw materials, we cannot resell products that have been opened or unsealed, for reasons of health and hygiene protection. We would therefore be grateful if you could make your selection mindfully, thereby helping to avoid unnecessary waste and to conserve the environment, resources and reduce transport distances.

One more note regarding the right of withdrawal and returns:
The statutory right of withdrawal naturally remains in force. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are unsuitable for return if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Non-Food Items
Returns of non-food items are accepted only if they are new, unused, and unopened. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at info@tatzenladen.de for instructions or use our Online-Form
Refunds
We will offer a refund for unopened items, provided they are returned unused and in perfect condition. Returns are at your own cost unless the item was damaged or sent in error. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When returning items by mail or courier, please package the products carefully, as you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns must be physically received by us within 30 days. Tatzenladen reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
Important
Any returns have to be made within 14 days from the day, you (or someone you chose) received the last part of your order.
The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. This also applies in cases where acceptance of the delivery is refused.
