Shipping & Delivery

DHL and the German Postal Service are our logistics partners for EU orders, and all shipments are sent directly from us in Germany. Orders are usually dispatched Monday to Friday, typically within 24 hours after payment has been received. Delivery within the EU generally takes 4–7 working days, depending on the destination country.

How long do parcels take to arrive?
If your order is placed before 10:00 a.m. and the items are in stock, we may be able to ship it the same day. While we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch for every order, we always do our best to send parcels as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped via DHL or the German Postal Service and typically arrive within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

Split Orders
We are unable to split orders. If any items are unavailable, we will hold your order until all items can be shipped together. If you need a specific item quickly, please place a separate order for that item.

Customs, taxes and import duties
All orders are shipped from Germany. You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict how much you may be required to pay, as this varies by country. Please note that any customs or import charges are not refundable. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before placing your order.

Please also ensure that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs authorities may open and inspect parcels. We cannot be held responsible for any breach of such regulations.
