This is not an easy message for us to share.
There are currently new requirements regarding shipping and packaging that we need to carefully review and implement for certain countries. As a result, we are unfortunately unable to offer shipping to some countries for the time being.
Shipping to Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom and Switzerland is not affected. Orders to these countries can continue to be placed and shipped as usual.
For the countries currently affected, we are already working on finding a good and lasting solution. We very much want to continue offering our products directly to our customers there, and we are doing everything we can to make shipping available again as soon as possible.
We understand that this temporary restriction may be disappointing, especially for our customers in the affected countries. Please believe us when we say that this situation is difficult for us too.
We would much rather spend our time and energy doing what we love – offering good products and being there for our customers – rather than dealing with ever-changing requirements and administrative formalities.
